Final Exam:   Listening 25%       Speaking 25%         Reading 25%         Writing 25%

Lesson time and grouping

Mixed Ability 5 hours per fortnight

Homework

One per week, 45mins-1 hour

Assessment during the course

Students will sit formal exams in the school exam fortnights for Year 10 (March/April) and Year 11 (December) in Listening, Reading and Writing. In addition, there will be a variety of smaller formative tests and exam questions towards the end of each topic/term.
