Inevitably, this means that all the adults who work at the school need to do all they can to ensure that every child experiences this support – high expectations, inclusive pastoral care, and very good standards of behaviour are central to all that we do. We believe that such an approach is a pre-requisite for a successful school that ensures all children are safe, achieving their best, and as happy as they can be.
